By accessing or using hermitsh ("the Service"), operated by Woods LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

hermitsh is an agentic AI management platform that allows users to access and manage AI agents from any device. The Service is currently in development and features may change.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

The Service, including its logo, design, and content, is owned by Woods LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. The hermitsh™ name and logo are trademarks of Woods LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party AI Services

The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. Your use of AI services through hermitsh is also subject to those providers' terms of service. We are not responsible for the output or behavior of third-party AI systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOODS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
