Purchases and refunds
Ebooks bought through Apple Books, Amazon Kindle, or Google Play are sold and billed by that store, so purchase, download, and refund requests are handled there:
- Apple Books — Apple Support: purchases & billing (or reportaproblem.apple.com).
- Amazon Kindle — your Amazon orders & returns.
- Google Play Books — Google Play Help.
If you bought one of our editions and something is wrong with the book itself, email us as well — we want to know.
